Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (»Google«).

Google Analytics uses so-called »cookies«, text files that are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities for the website operators and to provide further services related to website use and internet use. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.

However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within Member States of the European Union or in other Contracting States of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.

Google will not associate your IP address with any other data from Google. You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website in full. By using this website, you agree to the processing of the data collected about you by Google in the manner described above and for the purpose stated above.

On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and to provide further services related to website use and internet use to the website operator.

The Google tracking codes of this website use the function "_anonymizeIp()", so IP addresses are only processed in abbreviated form in order to exclude the possibility of direct personal reference. You can object to the collection and storage of data at any time with effect for the future. By clicking the "Deactivate" button, tracking is completely prevented. For the objection to be made permanent, the browser used must accept cookies. Alternatively, you can object to the collection of data by using a Google browser plugin to prevent the information collected by cookies (including your IP address) from being sent to and used by Google Inc. The following link takes you to the corresponding plugin: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

Facebook Social Plugins

Our online presence uses social plugins ("plugins”) of the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook”). The plugins are recognizable by one of the Facebook logos (white "f" on blue tile or a "thumb up" sign) or are marked with the addition "Facebook Social Plugin”. The list and appearance of the Facebook Social Plugins can be viewed here:  https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/?locale=de_DE

When a page of this website is called up that contains such a plugin, the browser used establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly by Facebook to the browser used and integrated into the website by the browser. We therefore have no influence on the amount of data that Facebook collects with the help of this plugin and therefore inform according to our state of knowledge: By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that the corresponding page of our website has been accessed. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins (for example, press the “like” button or comment), the corresponding information is transmitted directly to Facebook from your browser and stored there. If you are not a member of Facebook, there is still a possibility that Facebook will collect and store your IP address. The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as the related rights and settings for the protection of privacy can be found in the data protection instructions of Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/policy.php

If you are a Facebook member and do not want Facebook to collect data about you through our website and link it to your member data stored on Facebook, you must log out of Facebook before visiting this website. It is also possible to block Facebook social plugins with add-ons for the used browser, for example with the "Facebook Blocker".

Facebook-Conversion-Pixel

This website uses the “Facebook Pixel” of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook”). This allows the behaviour of users to be tracked after they have seen or clicked on a Facebook ad. This process is designed to evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook Ads for statistical and market research purposes and can help optimise future advertising efforts.

The collected data are anonymous to us, so do not provide any conclusions on the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that it can be connected to the respective user profile and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes, according to the Facebook Data use Policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). v

The user may allow Facebook and its partners to run ads on and off Facebook. It may also store a cookie on his or her computer for these purposes.

By visiting our website and our Facebook page, you agree to this use. In order to generally object to the use of cookies on the computer, the internet browser can be set in such a way that no more cookies can be stored on the computer in the future or that cookies that have already been stored are deleted. However, disabling all cookies may cause some functions on our web pages to be disabled. The user may also disable the use of cookies by third parties such as Facebook on the following website of the Digital advertising Alliance: http://www.aboutads.info/choices/

Use of Twitter's tweet button

This website uses the "Tweet" button of the social network Twitter, which is operated by Twitter Inc., 750 Folsom Street, Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States ("Twitter"). The button is recognizable by the dark blue bird and the word "Tweet" on a light blue background. When a page of this website containing such a button is called up, the browser used establishes a direct connection with the servers of Twitter. The content of the "Tweet?" button is transmitted directly by Twitter to the browser used and from this browser the Twitter message is integrated. The provider therefore has no influence on the amount of data that Twitter collects with the button, but assumes that the IP address is also collected. The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Twitter as well as the related rights and settings for the protection of privacy can be found in Twitter's data protection instructions: http://twitter.com/privacy  If the visitor is a Twitter member and does not want Twitter to collect data about him/her via this website and link it to his/her membership data stored on Twitter, the visitor must log out of Twitter before visiting this website.
